Effective June 12, 2022, the CDC has waived the requirement to submit a negative COVID-19 test taken prior to your return to the United States.
However, our resorts in Mexico and Jamaica will continue to offer (to guests who require them) COVID-19 antigen tests (rapid) at an additional cost, and they will be administered by experienced external lab teams.
Guests can contact their concierge to schedule their departure test as soon as they check in.
On visiting Palace Resorts hotels you voluntarily accept all the risks associated with exposure to Covid-19.
Kindly note that guests staying at Moon Palace Jamaica only, are still required to wear a face covering in all indoor public spaces at the resort, whereas guests staying at our resorts in Mexico are no longer required to wear masks in all indoor public areas of the resort.

If you are visiting Mexico from the United States:
